2 poundsextra-lean ground beef
1( 1 ounce) package dry onion haze blend
1 egg, smoothly beaten
ladles hot pepper sauce
2 ladles Worcestershire sauce
¼ tablespoon ground black pepper
¾ mug rolled oats

ounces chuck steak meat, trimmed and cut into 1- inch cells
ounces angel shoulder meat, trimmed and cut into 1- inch cells

Special outfit Chimney stack starter, each-natural lump watercolor and kettle caff
Pass the meat through the coarsest bones of a food grinder. Place the ground meat into a coliseum and mix together to unevenly distribute the different types of meat. Place in the refrigerator uncovered, for 2 hours.
